Jenny and her team were absolutely amazing. I called her in a panic and in need of someone at the family home hours before I called. She didn’t miss a beat and had someone there within hours. I felt like she was moving mountains for people she had never met. Everyone I had to work with on the process was amazing. I am so glad that I used Heart of Gold Nursing for my post op after care! From the moment I spoke with Jenny I felt comfortable with being in her care. She was professional, prompt, and kind. Overall, the best person I could have asked for by my side through what could have been a long miserable night. When I expressed any pain or concern she addressed it right away instead of waiting to see if it would progress. We laughed in the in-between moments of resting and just like that the night was over! I would recommend her to care for family and friends.

Jenny and Tomeka were amazing when they took care of me.I had mommy makeover surgery and they knew what to do to comfort me.I would definitely recommend them both back in my home again.They are very compassionate and caring women.They make you feel like you are family.

The pandemic had many feeling uncertain with the new way of doing things but working with Jenny at Heart of Gold Nursing put those concerns at ease from the very 1st moment of contact. Jenny was professional, incredibly thorough with healthcare practices such as universal precautions & explaining the COVID testing process, as well as, keeping us updated every step of the way. Jenny is by far one of the best nurses I have ever had and I have had 14 surgeries and been in the hospital quite a few times. She was so nice and personable. She always wanted to make sure I was comfortable and anytime I wasn’t she did everything in her power to make sure I was. When I wanted to try to sleep she made sure I could….when I wanted to talk…she was there and so nice and funny. And when I repeated myself because of pain killers…she never made me feel silly. She definitely knows what she is doing and she is fantastic!! I would recommend her to everyone I know!!

We were thrilled to find this well run nursing agency. All of the nurses who came to our house were well-trained, efficient, caring and friendly. We felt very comfortable having them in our house and in our lives. They made a difficult time in our lives easier to manage. We will use them again if needed and certainly will recommend them to others.
